This notice covers the Vanguard Games website at vanguardgames.co.nz and enquiries sent to us about Little Explorers, Adventure Bugs and Vanguard Games. It does not replace the separate privacy information supplied with a game or through an app store.

When you browse

This site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, cookies or browser storage in its own code. Its images, fonts and scripts are served with the website; no third-party fonts or embedded videos are loaded.

The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser information to deliver and protect the site. If hosted on Cloudflare Pages, that processing is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

When you contact us

The form creates a draft in your own email application. It does not submit to a website database. We receive your email address and the contents of your message only when you send the email. Your email provider also handles the message under its own terms.

We use enquiries to reply to questions, discuss test availability and coordinate any testing you agree to. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Children’s information

Enquiries are intended for parents and carers. Please do not include a child’s full name, birthday, photograph or other identifying information. If you accidentally send unnecessary personal information, contact us to request its deletion.

Keeping and accessing messages

Enquiries are kept in the support mailbox while needed to respond and coordinate testing. Contact us if you would like us to delete a message or ask about access to or correction of personal information you have provided. Some records may remain in provider backups or where required by law.
